Tiyuvta does not offer promotional credit. New accounts pay per use: add prepaid trial credit, then use it at the rates shown on the trial page. Credit you buy is governed by the terms of service and the billing and refunds pages, and it does not expire.
Credit granted under earlier offers
Some accounts received promotional credit under offers that are now closed. That credit is honored in full and these conditions still apply to it:
- No cash value; it cannot be refunded, transferred, sold, or paid out.
- It is spent against metered usage at the per-token rates shown on the trial page, the same as purchased credit.
- One offer of each kind per person or organization across linked accounts. Creating, controlling, or coordinating extra accounts to receive an offer more than once is prohibited.
- We may use verified provider identity, normalized email and domain patterns, short-lived keyed network signals, sign-up timing, and account or key activity to link coordinated accounts. We do not use this data for advertising.
- Linked accounts used to farm an offer are blocked and their sessions and API keys are revoked. We email the account with a case reference and a support appeal path.
- If a blocked account has purchased credit, we do not automatically debit its mixed balance. The customer may request a refund review. The refundable amount is calculated by treating improperly obtained promotional credit as never granted and charging the account's metered usage against purchased credit.
- Purchased credit is not removed as promotional credit and does not expire.
